Our computer server only allows a total maximum of 5mb worth of attachments per email/submission. If you are having difficulty attaching images to your enquiry/warranty submission, submit without them and then you can attach them in a reply to your automatic confirmation email that you will receive after submission.
If, after attaching and submitting, you DON'T receive a confirmation email within 15mins, then the attachments were too large and prevented your submission from reaching us. Re-submit without any attachments.
If you are unsure of the size of your attachments, attach 1 per email or leave them out of your submission and wait for further instruction from our Customer Service agents, as they can provide alternative ways for you to send through an image, if we need it.
